 Quality carbon structural steel: S10C Executive Standard: JIS G4051-2005 ● Features and Scope: S10C low mechanical strength, ductility, toughness, cold state, easily molded, easy machining, welding performance, to improve the surface hardness carburization and cyanide processing. S10C is not used in the manufacture of high strength welded, cold stamping, forging and carburizing parts such as bolts, washers, separators, casing, etc. 
 ● Chemical Composition: C: 0.08 ~ 0.13 Si Si: 0.15 ~ 0.35 Manganese Mn: 0.30 ~ 0.60 S S: ≤ 0.030 P P: ≤ 0.030 Cr-Cr: ≤ 0.20 Ni-Ni: ≤ 0.25 Cu Cu: ≤ 0.25 

 ● Mechanical Properties: Tensile σb (MPa): ≥ 335 (34) yield strength σs (MPa): ≥ 205 (21) Elongation δ5 (%): ≥ 31 Reduction of area ψ (%): ≥ 55 Hardness : no heat treatment, ≤ 137HB sample size: Sample size is 25mm 

 ● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications: Heat treatment specifications: normalizing, 930 ℃. Microstructure: ferrite + pearlite. 
 ● Delivery status: no heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or tempering) the status of delivery. Requires heat treatment delivery should be specified in the contract, not indicated by no heat treatment delivery.
