 ● Properties and Applications: 25CrMnSi intensity is higher than the 20CrMnSi, toughness is poor. After heat treatment, strength, ductility, toughness is good. 
 25CrMnSi for the manufacture of rod, it is important welding and stamping parts, high strength structural parts. Chemical composition of the mass fraction (%): C C: 0.22 ~ 0.28 Si Si: 0.90 ~ 1.20 Manganese Mn: 0.80 ~ 1.10 S S: to allow the residual phosphorus content ≤ 0.035 P: ≤ 0.035 to allow the residual content of chromium Cr: 0.80 ~ 1.10 Ni-Ni : allow the residual content ≤ 0.030 Copper Cu: ≤ 0.030 to allow the residual content

 Standard heat treatment: quenching 880 ℃, oil-cooling; tempering 480 ℃, water-cooled, oil-cooling. Delivery status: to heat treatment (normalizing, annealing, or tempering) or heat treatment delivery, delivery status should be indicated in the contract. [1] [2] The main characteristics of strength is higher than 20CrMnSi, toughness is poor. After heat treatment, strength, ductility, toughness is good [2].
