 ● Features and Scope: 1Cr17Ni2 series martensitic stainless steel with good strength and toughness of a steel. It oxidizing acids, most organic acids and organic salts in aqueous solution has good corrosion resistance. Generally suitable for the manufacture of nitric acid, acetic acid production and light industry, textile industry requirements in both strength and toughness and corrosion resistance of the shaft, piston, pumps and other parts. 

 ● Chemical Composition: C: 0.11 ~ 0.17 Si Si: ≤ 0.80 Manganese Mn: ≤ 0.80

 S S: ≤ 0.030 P P: ≤ 0.035 Chromium Cr: 16.00 ~ 18.00 Nickel Ni: 1.50 ~ 2.50 


 ● Mechanical Properties: Tensile σb (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥ 1080 Elongation δ5 (%): quenching and tempering, ≥ 10 Impact energy Akv (J): quenching and tempering, ≥ 39 Hardness: Annealed, ≤ 285HB 


 ● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications: Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, 680 ~ 700 ℃ high temperature tempering air-cooled; 2) quenching, 950 ~ 1050 ℃ oil cooling; 3) 275 ~ 350 ℃ tempered air-cooled. Microstructure: Organizing for the martensite type.
